To get this key, you will need to do a bit of jumping on certain obstacles. Make your way up these machines until you reach a metal scaffolding. Near the middle, you will stumble upon a dead body in a hazmat suit. By looting, you can find the Data D Store Room Key amongst the person’s items.

From your original entry point to the location, simply head down the set of stairs until you find a yellow-painted steel door. Simply insert the key into the left-side card scanner to enter.
