Located in the Party Camp, the Totem of Rightful Rulership shrine consists of four platforms, each devoted to a major deity of the Living Lands. However, their power isn’t freely given—you’ll need to track down their fragments, scattered across the world, and return them to the shrine.

Although you can find Woedica’s totem pieces by exploring Dawnshore, acquiring the Fragments of the Scales document makes the search much easier. To obtain the document, follow these steps:
- Find Sanza, the Cartographer – Early in the game, you’ll encounter Sanza, a Paradisan merchant mapping the Living Lands. He can be found just north of Claviger’s Landing.
- Complete Sanza’s First Side Quest – Help Sanza with his request, and he will invite you to visit him at his shop in Paradis.
- Purchase the Fragments of the Scales – Visit Sanza’s Emporium in Paradis, where you can buy the document for 500 gold.
Once obtained, this document unlocks the Totem of Rightful Rulership side quest and provides a set of riddles leading to each fragment’s location.

- How to Find It: Head east from The Rise marker and locate the ancient Godless ruins. Climb the second set of stairs leading to an upper-level courtyard where the Totem Base rests on a small platform.
Riddle 2 – Broken Crown Jewel
Riddle: The golden crown’s stolen gem can be found in the emporium.
- Solution Location: Sanza’s Emporium, Northern Paradis
- How to Find It: Once Sanza returns to his shop, enter the back room behind his counter. The Broken Crown Jewel sits on the right side of Sanza’s desk.
Riddle 3 – Golden Scale of Order
Riddle: In Dwarven halls ‘neath mountain shroud, the Strangler’s justice can still be found.
- Solution Location: Pargrun Cache, Northwestern Dawnshore
- How to Find It:
- Fight off a group of enemies guarding an ancient brick platform.
- Take the left path around the structure to find a breakable wall.
- Use a spell like Grimoire Snap to break it and enter the chamber.
- Climb the nearby platform, navigate across wooden beams, and cross a rock bridge to find the Golden Scale of Order resting in a nest.
Riddle 4 – Golden Scale of Justice
Riddle: Overlooking booths where goods are sold, this balcony leads to order’s hold.

- How to Find It:
- Locate a graffitied staircase on the eastern side of the district.
- Climb the wooden scaffolding and jump to an open balcony.
- Burn a web blocking a ladder, then descend.
- Defeat several Phantoms and retrieve the Golden Scale of Justice near a ruined bookshelf.
Riddle 5 – Golden Plaque of Oaths
Riddle: Below death’s grip so icy and cold, await ancient oaths cast in gold.
- Solution Location: Usher’s Hand, East of Paradis
- How to Find It:
- Start at the nearby Party Camp.
- Follow a small tunnel leading to a hidden pool.
- Swim through an underwater passage to find the Golden Plaque of Oaths on a cloth inside a secret chamber.
Riddle 6 – Golden Plaque of Promises
Riddle: Beneath an amethyst light on high, this shining plaque draws sailors’ eyes.
- Solution Location: Lighthouse, West of Claviger’s Landing
- How to Find It:
- Use a ladder on the lighthouse’s left side to climb up.
- Enter a broken wall section and find the Golden Plaque of Promises at the bottom of the main stairwell.
Riddle 7 – Golden Flames
Riddle: Atop the isle of wicked outlaws, flicker golden flames of a glorious cause.

- How to Find It:
- Climb to the destroyed tower at the island’s peak.
- Look north for a lit brazier.
- Follow the path past the brazier to find the Golden Flames resting on a small blanket.
