The Black Clover M game system allows you to have a lot of different ways to strengthen your characters. Gears and accessories are important, but talents are also just as important. You can check your characters’ talents to see which talents are available to unlock.
Unlocking the talents of a character is a product of using talent seeds that you can farm in the game. Every talent requires different talent seeds, and that’s why you want to farm your talent seeds the right way.
Luckily for you, we have a way that will allow you farm talent seeds in the most efficient way possible.
Best Talent Seed Farming Guide
How to Farm Talent Seed
Talent seeds are important in the game because they are required for you to unlock specific talents that your character requires.
You can go to the talent page on your character’s information to see what materials their talents require.
The color of the talent will correspond to the color of the talent seed it requires. For example, a red talent requires a red talent seed. Of course, a blue talent requires a blue talent seed.
In most cases, talents require two different types of talent seed: a normal talent seed and a rare talent seed.
Talents require multiple of each talent seed. Usually, talents require more normal talent seeds compared to rare ones.
What you need to do to farm talent seeds is to go to the challenges. You can see in the challenges page that the Ice Caverns is where you can get talent seeds.
Basically, choosing to go here and choosing which color (red, blue, or green) you want to take on will allow you to get a corresponding talent seed of that color.
Higher levels will yield more rare talent seeds as opposed to normal talent seeds.
Farming Talent Seeds the Right Way
Now that you know how to farm talent seeds, the normal thought is that you would go for the highest level possible in the challenges so that you can get more talent seeds.
This works for gear farming, but it isn’t really the same for talent seed farming.
That’s because, when you look at the talents of the characters, they require a good number of normal talent seeds as well.
In fact, most talents will require you to use more normal talent seeds compared to rare talent seeds.
Meanwhile, higher levels of talent seed farming will yield a low ratio of normal talent seeds but a high ratio of rare talent seeds.
So, if you go for level 15 in the talent seed farming, you’re going to get a low number of normal talent seeds but a high number of rare talent seeds.
It is recommended that you also go for stage 6 in the talent seed farming because it will yield more normal talent seeds compared to rare talent seeds.
So, why does this make sense? Because you can convert normal talent seeds to rare talent seeds. Here’s how:
- Go to Grey in the Black Bulls base. Choose convert item.
- Look for the “Talent Seeds” conversion option.
- If you look at the conversion ratio, you will only need three normal talent seeds to convert to one rare talent seed. Meanwhile, to get a normal talent seed, you need to convert one talent seed.
If you go to the stage 15 of farming talent seeds, you can just convert your rare talent seeds to normal talent seeds.
It seems fair at the start. But when you look at the stamina that stage 15 requires, that is when you’re going to realize that farming at that stage is wrong.
Stage 15 requires you to use 14 stamina, whereas level 6 will only require you 11 stamina. That means that you use more stamina for stage 15 but get fewer normal talent seed, whereas stage 6 requires fewer stamina but gives you fewer rare talent seeds.
The trick here is to learn how to farm both stage 15 and stage 6 depending on what you need. If you need more rare talent seeds, go to stage 15.
But if you want a good mix of both, go to stage 6 because you will be conserving stamina while getting a good conversion ratio from normal talent seeds to rare talent seeds.
But if you need Talent Carved Stones, which are also important for your character’s talents, you can only get them in stage 7 and up.
That is why you also have to make sure that you mix stage 15 and stage 6 well enough to get a good combination of rare and normal talent seeds while increasing your chances of getting a Talent Carved Stone.
However, if your only goal is to get as many talent seeds as possible, then you might want to use your stamina for stage 6 instead of stage 15.
Only go for stage 15 if you want more rare talent seeds and if you want to increase your chances of getting Talent Carved Stones. Otherwise, the stamina ratio should be higher on stage 6 than on stage 15.
