Black Clover M is a mobile game based on the popular anime series of the same name, Black Clover. In the mobile game, you can find a lot of the characters you know in the anime and manga are playable and able to be controlled.
One such character is Licht, who is a an LR character. Meaning, he is a pretty hard character to get due to the low chances of pulling LR characters.
But if you do get him, then you will need to learn how he works. In this guide, I will show you how Licht works from his skills to talents.
Complete Licht Guide
When looking at Licht’s stats in the game, you’ll notice that he has high stats when it comes to anything CRIT. High CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and even CRIT RES.
With that information available, we can tell that Licht is a beast when it comes to CRIT, so we focus on building his CRIT to further make it more powerful.
But first, let’s look at the skills he has available:
Light Swords of Conviction
The first skill is the Light Swords of Conviction, where Licht will throw down a spiked light sword at an enemy to deal damage.
You will notice that there is a buff that will only be applied to him, which increases his CRIT Rate by 22%. Bear in mind that this won’t stack and will only apply to him, no one else.
Light Whip of Judgment
His second skill is called the Light Whip of Judgment. This skill will attack a singular enemy with a whip made of light that deals damage.
This time, there will be 2 buffs that will be applied to Licht and one debuff.
His CRIT Rate will increase by 26% and he will also be able to ignore 20% of the targeted enemy’s DEF when dealing damage.
The debuff in question, called Buff Immunity, is applied to the enemy when hit.
Basically, if someone tries to place a buff on the inflicted enemy, that buff will not happen and will instead just leave the enemy without any buffs until they are defeated.
Ray of Divine Punishment
For Licht’s ultimate, he has the Ray of Divine Punishment ultimate. This is an AoE attack that deals damage to all enemies in the fight. This will also increase Licht’s CRIT Rate by 22%.
It’s not a bad skill, but it is definitely disappointing for only applying one buff on Licht. It does make up for it by dealing a ton of damage on all enemies.
United Attack
In order to get a United Attack with Licht, Rhya must be in the same party as him.
Once they are both in the same party, Licht and Rhya will do a high damage AoE United Attack by summoning a hail of swords made of light to all enemies.
Pairing this with the DEF PEN Lv. 2 buff that ignores 20% of the enemy’s DEF, this can deal a lot of damage.
Unique Passive
Licht might have the most meta passive in the game. He has a Unique Passive called Immortality that is triggered when his HP is below 30% in a battle.
This will only be triggered once per battle, and it will only last for 1 turn. If he is defeated when Immortality is in play, he will simply be resurrected to continue fighting.
Should You Fully Max Out His Stats?
Licht has great CRIT stats already, but if you were to max him out in the game, he is among the best characters with CRIT stats in the game.
A debate can be made that he is the best CRIT based character. Maxing him out will give you amazing stats, plus a 20% CRIT DMG increase to his already impressive CRIT stats.
Is it worth it? Absolutely. But do you need to go all the way? Not really, as his 2-star enhancement passive is already good enough.
I would only recommend maxing him out if you need a high CRIT based character.
Talents
As we’ve established that Licht is a CRIT character, it’s obvious how his Talents are going to go. Primarily, we want to increase his CRIT stats and DMG even more.
Sharp Mind and Increased CRIT DMG are the two important Talents that needs to be active at all times.
For the others, we can focus on getting his DEF up, as well as his RES against damage.
Swiftness and Endurance are also two great Talents that increases his efficiency in battle.
Gear
For Gear, we’re looking to have Licht attack first, as he can do a lot of damage due to him being built as a high DMG and CRIT character.
If we want that to happen, we need to focus on equipping gear that has high DMG, high CRIT, and high Speed.
Equip any gear that has these stats, and your Licht will be able to go first and deal more damage at the same time.
