With so many characters and content to grind in Black Clover M, things can be overwhelming for F2P players. You cannot always get all the characters that you want and not to mention that upgrading skills and more cost a lot. So, this guide will be for you who want to get to the crux of the game as fast as you can as an F2P player.

How To Progress Fast As A F2P

There’s a lot of important aspects in the game from rolling for characters, grinding materials, equipment, levels, etc. We’re going to start with the characters.

Rerolling

This is optional depending on how much time you’re willing to spend to reroll your acccount characters. Some people love to enjoy playing with whatever character they get with their main account. But if you want to get the best, obviously getting as many SSR characters are great.

So, the question is often do you really need to reroll? As an F2P player, however, SSR characters are not must-have. There are two key characters you need, and they are Charmy and Lotus.

They’re both SR characters, so your chances of getting them aren’t that low. These are great Technique-type characters that do their job very well.

It doesn’t mean you cannot progress with other characters, but having these two will definitely make your life easier.

Story Quests

The story quests give a lot of EXPs and rewards which can unlock more content so you can get to LR gear grinding stage.

Use Food Buff

Learn how to cook as soon as you can from Charmy which will give you major buffs when grinding.

Of course, they cost gold, but they’re great when you are not tight on gold and want to say, grind for mage EXP or affinity, or want to buff your characters for the run. There’s always the right food for what you need.

Materials are sold in different cities sold by Region Shop which don’t always sell the same things. If you want to keep using food buff, please keep track of your spending before you run out of gold to use.

Mage’s Path

You should also grind for the Mage’s Path which is a sort of achievement/challenge system in the game. The reward starts small and eventually gets better the further you go. They’re great for when you don’t want to feel like you’re “wasting time” grinding the same dungeon over and over again.
