There’s plenty of sights to see in Blasphemous 2, sights like a giant tree talking to you telepathically, an excessively tall nun, and five girls permanently tucked away in their beds. Seeing all of this for yourself will be quite the experience, if you can find them.

All of the daughters won’t be going anywhere anytime soon, so that’s one problem out of the way. But there’s also another challenge that’s tied to finding the five daughters. Read through the rest of the guide if you want to get the House of Grief and Hatred trophy!

The House of Grief and hatred will require you to complete all the battle challenges. To do that, you’ll need to interact with the five daughters first. Find the daughters and you can get the achievement by talking to the NPC in Streets of Wakes.

This will put you in a dream sequence where you have to finish all five challenges in order to get the trophy. Here’s where you can find the bedridden children:

  • Crown of Towers
  • Basilica of Absent Faces
  • Grilles and Ruin
  • Sunken Cathedral
  • Elevated Temples

Crown of Towers

Getting to this location will require a double jump and an air dash. You will get these skills later on in the game. Go up and make a left turn at the corner when you get to the very top.

Basilica of Absent Faces

The next location is just next to the Crown of Towers. In order to get here however, you’ll need Scions’ Protection. If the path is blocked then grab on to the Cherubs going up and air dash your way to the upper right corner of the room.  Go back down and do an airj ump again to get to the other side.

Grilles and Ruin

This one is rather easy, all you have to do is jump on the cages and head to the right side of the area. An air dash is necessary if you want to clear the last gap before entering the next room.

Sunken Cathedral

To get to the Sunken Cathedral you must first go to the spot shown below in the Severed Tower. There’s a secret passageway that links both areas that can be uncovered by hitting a seemingly harmless wall.

You’ll need Scions’ Protection again for this area, reach the glass switch and break it to access the daughter’s room one level below.

Elevated Temples

The last daughter is in the left side of the Elevated Temples. Go to the very top of this area and interact with the statue to bring the platform below it towards you. Use a slam attack to break the door down and gain access to the girl’s room.

House of Grief and Hatred

Now head back to the corner of Streets of Wakes. Interact with the NPC on the bed to enter a dream sequence. The challenges you’ll be doing here are tied to the five kids stuck in their beds, quite literally. Each combat challenge will also give you varying rewards when you complete them.

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
