If you’re in the hunt for the “Nobody Expects The Spanish Inquisition!” Trophy in Blasphemous 2, you will need to kill all 65 enemies at least once. In order to make things easier, I will provide images regarding the map location and what the enemies look like. I suggest following this order one-by-one as well, so you make sure you don’t miss anything, and you don’t get lost.
If you think you’ve already killed the enemy, simply skip to the next one. However, keep in mind that there are multiple variations for an enemy sometimes – purple, green, red, blue, etc.
Lastly, when checking the map images, look for the sky-blue markers to see the exact location. Let’s get right into the guide!

In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Ravine of the High Stones as shown in the image below.
Lasher (Red)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Ravine of the High Stones as shown in the image below.
Harpy
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Ravine of the High Stones as shown in the image below.
Winged Pot
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Profundo Lamento as shown in the image below.
These enemies will be in the air, so you will have to jump to see and kill them.
Wall Clinger (Rock Thrower)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Profundo Lamento as shown in the image below.
As their name suggests, you can see them attached to walls.
Crusader
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Profundo Lamento as shown in the image below.
Incense Hammer (Blue)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Profundo Lamento as shown in the image below.
Lamp (Blue)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Aqueduct of the Costales as shown in the image below.
Sepulcro Errante
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Aqueduct of the Costales as shown in the image below.
Esquilon
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Aqueduct of the Costales as shown in the image below.
Dune Hand
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Sacred Entombments as shown in the image below.
You must first go near their proximity, so they come out of the ground.
Boardwalker
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Sacred Entombments as shown in the image below.
Sand Wraith
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Sacred Entombments as shown in the image below.
These critters will come out of the ground.
Wall Clinger (Melee)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Sacred Entombments as shown in the image below.
As their name suggests, you can find them attached to walls, but this variation attacks using its claws.
Iconoclast
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Grilles and Ruin as shown in the image below.
Shieldbearer (Yellow)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Grilles and Ruin as shown in the image below.
Rapier Rat (Red)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Grilles and Ruin as shown in the image below.
These enemies may fall out from the ceiling around the area or other similar type of surprise attack.
Incense Hammer (Green)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Grilles and Ruin as shown in the image below.
Chandelier Bonehead (Red)
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Palace of the Embroideries as shown in the image below.

These enemies will be in the air so you might have to jump on higher surfaces or platforms.

These enemies may fall out from the ceiling around the area or other similar type of surprise attack.
Tree Wraith
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Choir of Thorns as shown in the image below.
Tumbleweed

Bat
In order to find and kill this enemy, you must go to this location in the Choir of Thorns as shown in the image below.
These enemies will be attached on the ceilings around the area. And you will have to go their proximity to trigger them.
Forest Witch
