Blasphemous 2 is a recently released side-scrolling game that allows players to explore the nightmare world of Cvstodia. The game serves as a sequel to the original Blasphemous game. Since there are countless tough enemies and bosses that players must take on, it is natural to have weapons that can handle these foes. This guide will highlight the locations of all the obtainable weapons in the game.
All Weapon Locations
In total, there are three different weapons that can be obtained through exploration. These are the Veredicto, Ruego Al Alba, and Sarmiento & Cantella. This guide will be divided into three sections, with each one highlighting the location of the weapons.
Veredicto
The first obtainable weapon in the game is a powerful and deadly mace known as the Veredicto. This can be found towards the top left side of the map in the Sacred Entombments area. The location of the weapon is highlighted in the map image below.
Upon grabbing the weapon from the oddly shaped pedestal, a really cool animation will play in which the character will swing the weapon around, testing it.
Ruego Al Alba
The next weapon on the list is a deadly dagger that goes by the name of Ruego Al Alba. This weapon can be found towards the upper right corner of the map in the Crown of Towers region. Players will have to pass through the Grilles and Ruin and Choir of Thorns areas to get to the Crown of Towers.
At the location highlighted on the map above, players will find the dagger on an oddly shaped stone pedestal. The dagger will be lodged into the hands and can be freed. Similar to the previous weapon, an animation of swinging the dagger will play when the protagonist pulls it out from the pedestal.
Sarmiento & Cantella
The final weapon that can be obtained in this game is a piece of equipment that can be dual-wielded. This is the Sarmiento & Castella weapon that can be found towards the lower right corner of the map.
It is located in the Palace of the Embroideries, and players will have to pass through Grilles and Ruin to reach the location highlighted in the map below.
Inside the castle, there will be a hanging Chandelier that will be surrounded by two mirrors. Simply jump on the chandelier, and it will descend downwards.
This will allow the character to descend to the lower level. From here simply head to the right, and you will emerge into an area with the weapon on the pedestal.
Upon obtaining the weapon, you will also be rewarded with a cool animation showing off the weapon’s swing.
