Just when you think you’re done, they pull you back in with more objectives!
With the new Ashika Island added in you now have different points of interest to visit for your side missions. Sight-seeing will have to wait for later though as you’re not the only one who’s walking around the island, other players are on the prowl as well.
You have that to worry about along with the wild goose chase of finding pieces of intel in another war-torn hellscape.
Let’s see where you’ll end up in as we go through the different locations along the island!
Muddy Waters Mission Guide | Shadow Company USB Stick & Intel Locations | COD DMZ
The first set of missions you can do for Muddy waters are mostly fetch quests but with a heavily guarded twist.
There’s only one rare occasion where you don’t have to spray an entire room just to get your objective as you’ll be underwater, making the entire task a complete cakewalk!
Shadow Company USB Stick
Your first objective is to find and extract the Shadow Company USB stick which can be found under the observatory south of the Beach Club.
Get close enough to the deck and underneath it is a broken window that you can go through, the USB stick can be found in one of the boxes lying on the ground.
Don’t stay down there too long, wading through water with a dead body is quite an arduous task regardless of your physique!
Ashika Island Intel
Up next is the Ashika Island intel, you’re staying on the amphibious side of things as you need to go to the waterway that can be accessed from Port Ashika.
You’ll have your work cut out for you this time as the place is heavily guarded by disgruntled gunmen who shoot on sight.
After clearing the area you can safely pick up the intel from a shipping container across a white dumpster that also acts as a dead drop for a different objective.
Crown Intel
Last on your field trip is the Ashika Island power plant located between Tsuki Castle and the Oganikku Farms.
Remember to visit a buy station first as this place is a stronghold!
You can get to the top floor where the intel is located by finding a ladder on the second level. Climb that and gun down some idle windows and you’ll find what you’re looking for sitting behind a console.
With that you would have all the pieces of intel needed to finish the missions for Muddy Waters, the only thing left you to need to do now is to vacate the island discretely!
