While playing the Conan Exiles, the experience is excellent, exploring many new areas, and it’s getting bigger with every DLCs released. The players are interested in building on an empty area on flat land, cliffs, mountains, and valleys. There are many good base locations. In this guide, we will show you the three best highlands base locations in Conan Exiles.
3 Best Highlands Base Locations In Conan Exiles
The first location is the Devil’s Squat in map square E9. This is a big clearing with few trees and rocks, and a moderately sized pack of wolves inhabits it. It is close to the mountain path near the chaos mouth and offers plenty of iron. You need to clean the entire pack to claim the area. The Devil’s Squat is an excellent area for larger builds offering plenty of space for life needs.
The second location is the East Side of the map, Square G10. This is a massive area with an easy path to the frozen north and easy water access. This is further away from the more desirable locations. Scattered pockets of iron around the mountains and paths through this area are enough for your farming needs. You are surrounded by rocks and trees, along with nearby goats.
The last spot is the northeast corner of map square F10, overlooking the river. It is a large place with oddly shaped rocks that can easily offer enough room to fit yourself, clan mates, and crafting stations that you will need. This place is close to the new Asgarth, where you can find iron, trees, and stone.
Having multiple bases is pointless if they aren’t built-in beneficial locations. These are the three best locations in Highlands where you can build a base and find a lot of iron, water, wood, and animals. A big thanks to Eradicati0n from Youtube for providing with the three best locations. Check it the video here: Conan Exiles: 3 Great Highlands Base Locations!
