All Treasure Chest Locations in Rhine City
There are 8 treasure chests that you can find in Rhine City in Crystal of Atlan – one of the key regions in the game. Treasure chests contain all sorts of valuable loot that you’ll need – gear, upgrade materials and resources. All of it will help make the grind a bit easier.

Orphan Gang Chests
For the first set of chests, you’ll want to make your way to the Orphan Gang region in Rhine City. You can see this area when you click on Rhine City in the map selector.
After you land in Orphan Gang, turn towards the left. This will take you to the Exploration Zone Black Street, which is where all the chests are. Keep in mind that this is a combat zone so you will need to be careful of enemies.
Rhine City Treasure Chest Location #1
The first chest can be found by following the path as shown below on the map.
When you enter the Black Street, immediately look towards your left. You should see an elevator. Enter the elevator and make your way up.
When you reach the top, make your way towards the left which overlooks an area full of enemies. Instead of dropping down to the enemies, go down the ladder.
This will take you down to a small platform. At the end of the platform, you should find the first treasure chest.
Rhine City Treasure Chest Location #2
For the second chest, you want to follow the following path.
After you’ve obtained the first treasure chest, drop down the area with the enemies. From here, go down the alley all the way to the end. Over here, you should see a ladder on the left side. Climb up the ladder.
From here, you want to navigate the rooftops as shown below. This will take you to another area full of enemies.
Near some containers, you should find a box with the treasure chest inside. Be careful when opening it as you might get flanked by the enemies there.
Rhine City Treasure Chest Location #3
For the next chest, proceed to the next area after you’ve gotten the second chest. This is the platform where you should be able to see an enemy as shown on the map.
From here, navigate down the stairs to the bottom.
In the corner, you should be able to a treasure chest on the left side.
Underground Waterway Chests
For the next few treasure chests, you’ll want to go to the Underground Waterway by selecting the option shown below. Optionally, you can choose to go there directly. From here, make sure to enter the Exploration Zone Sheep Hunters’ Warehouse.
Again, this is a combat zone so you should be careful.
Rhine City Treasure Chest Location #4
When you enter the Sheep Hunters’ Warehouse area, follow the platforms around in the direction as shown below.
This will take you to a small area full of enemies. Defeat the enemies and you should find a chest in a corner behind some barrels and boxes.
Rhine City Treasure Chest Location #5
For the next chest, you will want to navigate all the way to the other side using the platforms. The exact location you want to head to is shown below.
The treasure chest will be inside a small container near some barrels and wooden pallets. It will be right next to the sewers exit.
Rhine City Treasure Chest Location #6
Once you’ve obtained the previous chest, immediately enter the sewers that you can see to the right. This will take you into a small open area with ladders at the end.
Climb the ladder up and you should see the chest in the middle. It can be a bit hard to miss if you are using the other side entrance so keep an eye out.
Rhine City Treasure Chest Location #7
Navigate further through the sewers and make your way to the Sewer Entrance area. This is the other end of the map and it is possible for you to enter the map from here too.
Near the ladder that takes you to the Sewer entrance you should find the chest. If you are entering from this side, all you need to do is look behind you and you’ll find it.
Rhine City Treasure Chest Location #8
For the final chest in Rhine City, you want to return to the Underground Waterway. This will take you to the Gathering Place. From here, you want to enter the Exploration Zone Waste Disposal.
In the Waste Disposal, you’ll find yourself in a large circular area. This is actually a puzzle that you will need to solve to reveal the treasure chest. All you need to do is operate the four wheels that can be found all around.
You don’t need to operate them in any specific order.
After you’ve operated the four wheels, the treasure chest will rise from the water in the center. Open it and you’ll have gotten all the chests in Rhine City!
