Cursed Arena is a Roblox fighting game that is based off of the popular anime and manga franchise, Jujutsu Kaisen. The game has recently received a new update that adds some new things to the game, as well as reworking a lot of already existing assets in the game.

Most of the reworks affects Gojo, Sukuna and Itadori. But for new content, we have the brand new Nanami and Hakari fighting styles added, as well as some new features like the Domain Clash system. In this guide, I will show you everything you need to know about the updates in the game.

New Update Complete Guide & Showcase

Reworks

Starting off with reworks, which mostly affects characters like Gojo and Itadori. What is mostly reworked are M1’s, skills, and Domain Expansions. Here is a rundown of what was reworked in the game:

  • Gojo Satoru
    • New Gojo M1’s.
    • New Reversal Red variant (activate by jumping and using Reversal Red).
    • Back Hand has been reworked and changed into Collapse Strike.
    • Awaken animation has been reworked.
    • Awakened Max Red has been reworked.
    • Domain Expansion has been reworked.

Haraki & Nanami New Additions Fighting Styles

Haraki

There are a lot of new additions to the game that a lot of players will like. Starting off is that Haraki’s fighting style has been added.

As of right now, Haraki’s fighting style is pretty barebones. It has the standard M1 and forward dash attacks, two skills called Train Enclose and Palm Barrage, and that’s about it.

Those looking for more are going to be disappointed, as even his Domain Expansion isn’t even available. It might show up in a future update, but as of right now, Haraki’s moveset is pretty disappointing.

Nanami

Up next is Nanami, who comes with a complete moveset compared to Haraki. He has 4 moves available: Humiliation, Jump, Forced Path, and Black Flash.

He is pretty strong, especially the Jump move that recreates the popular scene that shows Nanami and Itadori “jumping” Mahito… with their fists.

New Content

Domain Clash

Moving away from the newly added fighting styles, we have some new additions that pertains to the gameplay. First off is the brand new Domain Clash gameplay mechanic.

This new gameplay mechanic allows two players, who have activated their Domain Expansions at the same time, to clash against each other.

During the clash, you will have prompts pop up on your screen, which you need to press if you want to win the Domain Clash.

Successfully winning the Domain Clash means your Domain Expansion will activate, thus damaging your enemy. But if you lose, the enemy will unleash their Domain Expansion instead, which damages you.

Emotes

Up next are some new emotes that you can purchase. These emotes are brand spanking new and can be purchased in the game. Some of them can be done with other players, similar to how emotes work in Destiny 2.

Kill Sound Effects

Lastly are new Kill Sound Effects. These are sound effects you can purchase with Robux. What these do is that you essentially get a sound effect that plays after you kill an opponent. There are different sound effects you can purchase, which have different rarities as well.
