How to Catch Tuna
As a part of the game’s tutorial, players are taught how to catch Tuna using traps and drones. For this, simply find a spot to see Tuna swimming around. Analyze their paths and then place a trap in such a spot so they can get caught in it when they swim past it.
Once the Tuna comes in contact with the Trap, it will be immobilized as the trap surrounds in, preventing it from escaping.
After catching the Tuna, you still have to call the Drone to get it successfully. However, before this, take care to stay out of the way of the remaining Tuna. Most of the time, these Tuna swim in batches, so when one is caught, it is possible that they hit you when trying to avoid you.
This should be avoided as much as possible since it is a possibility that in this scuffle, the Tuna takes damage, and this is not ideal as damaged fish have lower grades and are not of much use in cooking. Go near the Tuna and press the Q button to call the drone to take the Tuna away.
The drone provided to you is of a base level, so it is recommended to save up and invest in its upgrades to catch more fish and make more profit. These upgrades can be accessed using the iDiver menu.
