Francesca’s Muse Demands 10 Infected Flesh mission is one of the 6 quests included in the Body Arts Quest Segment. The others are, Body Art: Heft, Body Art: Moist, Body Art: Uproar, Body Art: Vigor, Body Art: Mutated Hearts.
In order to be able to do the Body Art missions, you must finish the 15th Quest The Giant Slayer and Ballad of Rikky Rex sidequest. Though you must finish the storyline quests in order to get a shot in finishing the last one.
