Looting the luggage and belongings of the dead could be considered grave robbing, but grave robbing would require having a grave. And is it really an act of crime if you are looting from a person who just turned into a zombie? They’re zombies! It’s not like they’re going to use whatever’s inside their luggage again. But some zombies won’t make it easy for you, as they have keys with them that prevent you from opening their locked goodies, unless you take the key from them by force, of course.
How to Unlock Guest’s Keepsake Box – Dead Island 2
Guest’s Keepsake Key
To open up the Guest’s Keepsake Box, you will need the Keepsake Key. You will need to kill the special infected named Serling Hotel Guest, which is located in this back alley on the map.
The Serling Hotel Guest is a rather normal zombie with large health. However, it is accompanied by Shamblers and other infected.
Melee or ranged weapons can be used here, but I would prefer range to stay away from danger.
Guest’s Keepsake Box Location
Once you have the key, you will need to head back into the survivor camp in the Serling Hotel. The Guest’s Keepsake Box will be in a room, and it looks like a square, brown box.
