Complete The Clean & Snatch Quest
In order to get the Electrocutor Officer’s Sword, you will need to complete The Clean and Snatch quest that can be found in the Beverly Hills mansion area.
In the pool, there will be a container with a piece of paper on top of it. Pick it up, and you will start the quest.
Once you follow the quest and complete the objectives, you will be rewarded with the key to unlock the container. Inside, you will find the Electrocutor Officer’s Sword. This will also complete the quest.
