1. Go to Jo’s Rentals located in Venice Beach.
2. Obtain the journal located on the counter to begin the quest.
3. Head to the table on the opposite side of the room. Obtain Jo’s Staff Room Key.
4. Go surfing and Skate Rentals and obtain the Journal of Jo’s Beloved Baby.
5. Kill Jo’s Shambling Body in the open area near the humongous Bodybuilders display board.
6. From the corpse, you should pick up Jo’s Final Farewell.
7. Head to Marlas’ Tapas and Tacos.
8. Climb up the roof and enter the building from the second floor.
9. You should see the crate near the left side of the wall.
10. Open the safe, and ‘gratz on the Electric Bomb Curveball weapon.
