Dead Island 2: Maintenance Toolbox Key Location | How to Unlock BWRP Maintenance Toolbox

Things always take a turn for the worst when you descend further while knowing in full that there’s a world ending event upstairs. That happens right in the middle of Dead Island 2 during your first visit to the Brentwood Sewers. But it could be worse, at least you don’t work down here 24/7.

Another bright side to all of this is the fact that no living human would want to go down here on their own. Maintenance Toolbox Key Location

The item you’ll be looking for down here will be the Maintenance Toolbox Key. That will give you access to the BWRP Maintenance Toolbox on the first floor. Your target will be the Maintenance Worker zombie and can be found on the lower levels of the Main Septic Tank. Here’s a map to give you a better idea of the tight squeezes you’ll make.

Once you’re in the Main Septic Tank room, hold your breath and go down the stairs. Your target will be lurking around the lower levels where your shoes will get wet.

Your target, the Maintenance Worker, is actually a Butcher Zombie. He will waste no time trying to find you and will come rushing in once you descend the stairs. Keep your attacks short, avoid heavy attacks as that will leave you open to the Butcher’s swings.

After he drops the keys you can go back to the room where the Maintenance Toolbox is. The pathway you took earlier will lead you back to the room, but you can take the ground floor too!

Once you’re out of the red septic room, go up the stairs and turn right. Another set of stairs will immediately be available for climbing so take those going up to get back into the room.

Now you can open the BWRP Maintenance Toolbox. Inside will be a Leeching Zombie Axe, would be much better if you can throw this around. You know, keep your distance and all that!
