Destiny 2 wants you to really grind for all of the gear that you want, which is why they have a ton of content coming out of the woodwork every few months. With the new Lightfall expansion now out to the public, the game now has even more things to do and gear to collect. You also have a ton more quests to complete, which you should really do in order to earn a lot of powerful gear.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to complete the Bluejay quest, which includes showing you how to complete all 5 steps.
All 5 Steps Bluejay Guide – Destiny 2
Step 1: Visit Nimbus
When you get the Bluejay quest, you will need to visit Nimbus as your first step. Nimbus, as always, can be found on Neomuna, Neptune.
Step 2: Acquire Engine and Fragments
After speaking to Nimbus, your objective will update. Now, you will need to acquire an Engine and 8 Fragments.
To get an Engine, you will need to get a Terminal Overload Key.
Once you have the Terminal Overload Key, complete a Terminal Overload activity and open the chest at the end.
To collect all 8 Fragments, you will need to have the Strand subclass equipped.
After equipping the Strand subclass, head over to the Vex Incursion Zone and either do any activity that spawns a ton of enemies so you can mow them down and spawn Fragments.
Step 3: Complete Partition Activity
After collecting all required items, your next objective is to complete the Partition activity. It is located in the Vex Incursion Zone. You don’t really need to do much except complete the activity.
Step 4: Restore Memorial
After completing the Partition activity, your next objective is to return to the Hall of Heroes to repair Bluejay’s memorial.
Simply approach the memorial and press and hold the interact button when prompted in order to restore the memorial.
Step 5: Visit Archivist
After restoring the memorial, go to the Archivist, who is right behind you, and speak to it.
The Bluejay quest will then be completed and you will get your reward.
