When the mission starts, the first thing you should do is do several Meteor Strikes on KGB agents to complete the optional objective. Of course, you can ignore it and destroy the Soviet Embassy directly, but you’ll miss out on extra rewards.
The ideal locations to do Meteor Strikes are in the parking lot twice, and the front door of the embassy once. Only once, because you might destroy the embassy with the second Meteor Strike. Doing this also removes the pesky KGB agents from annoying you. This will let you have fun and think of creative ways to destroy the embassy.
Do enough damage, and the embassy will fall apart and be destroyed. Natalya will contact you to praise you for destroying the embassy, and will ask you to meet with her to talk.
