Players can choose from a variety of Sidequests in Diablo 4. Each quest is different from the last time, while some quest requires killing demons. But there are sidequests where you are required to talk to certain NPCs or interact with objects.
In this article, I will provide a walkthrough on how to complete the sidequest called Consumed by Pride. I will also provide the locations where to start the quest. As well as the NPC you need to interact with to start and finish the quest.
Consumed By Pride Guide
This particular sidequest requires the player to talk to an NPC named Ealda. He is found in the region of Dry Steppes. Your objective is to find the missing members of the Crane Tribe. The rewards are not valuable like legendary items or Aspects but can still help the players in the long run.
- To start the quest, we first need to talk to Ealda. He is found in Crane Tribe Hutmoot. His location is shown in the picture below. Use the picture as your guide when using your map inside the game.
- After talking to Ealda, your objective for the quest is to find the missing Crane Tribe Barbarians. The location of the objective is just southeast of our current location. Look at your map and you will see a blue circle.
- Search for a mutilated Crane Barbarian inside the area with the blue circle on the map. I suggest you clear all the enemies in the area when you find the body. See the picture below to find the exact location of the Barbarian.
- Interact with the mutilated Crane Barbarian in order for the quest to progress. Then, you must return to Ealda back at the camp. Talking to Ealda will finish the quest and you will be rewarded accordingly.
All in all, the quest is quite easy and simple. Just talk to an NPC, fight a few enemies, and then return to the quest giver. After doing all that you will be rewarded with XP, gold, and other loot that is useful. Keep looking for more sidequests, there are more NPCs waiting for your help.
