When you play a certain class in Diablo IV you just know that the game will have your back and give you items or enhancements to make sure you enjoy playing as that class. However, sometimes you just can’t find the right dungeon and end up clearing a whole bunch of other places on autopilot instead.

That feels like work, and that’s the last thing that should be on your mind when looking for the Iron Blood Aspect. At this point it shouldn’t be a surprise that it’s in a dungeon. So let’s get to the part where we show you where to go and what to do in order to get it!

Iron Blood Aspect Location

The Iron Blood Aspect will be waiting for you inside of the Forgotten Ruins. You can find the Forgotten Ruins by travelling to the Ragged Coastline on southern Kehjistan. The best possible waypoint to make use of to get there quicker will be the one at the Iron Wolves Encampment to the northeast of the same area. Getting to the entrance will be a nonissue as its left unguarded.

Most of the enemies inside that are due for deletion will consist of Serpents. Clearing the objectives and defeating the Slither at the end will complete the dungeon and reward you with the Legendary Iron Blood Aspect. This will give you a fighting chance against those snake bites as it reduces the damage you take for each enemy nearby that has Bleeding. It only works if you’re playing as a Barbarian though.

Diablo 4 Iron Blood Aspect NPC

That’s how you can add the Iron Blood Aspect to your codex in Diablo IV. Caldeum is right at your doorstep so if you fancy yourself the shrewd opportunist then consider visiting the Prison there next!

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
