The Storm Swell Aspect is a reward from clearing the Onyx Hold Dungeon. You can find it at the end of clearing the dungeon.

The Storm Swell Aspect is a Sorceress-only Legendary Aspect that allows you to deal 11% increased damage to Vulnerable enemies while you have a Barrier.

Here’s how you can locate the dungeon. The Onyx Hold is southwest from Ked Bardu, located within the Dry Steppes area. You have to first clear the The Onyx Watchtower Stronghold which is located in the north of Dry Steppes. After clearing this, you can access Onyx Hold dungeon.

To clear the dungeon, you have to kill everything in the Rotting Penitentiary after entering. Then head to Construct and go deeper into the Bastille of the Damned. There will be 3 Languishing Corpses that you have to deal with. It’s a straightforward dungeon, so just make sure to be careful as you would fighting strong mobs.
