This is the case also in Fixing the Boat Quest. We will be showing you in this guide how to get Softwood, Fiber, and Pink Hydrangea in order to complete this Boat Quest. Let’s get started.
Fixing The Boat Quest Guide – Disney Dreamlight Valley
First of all, you will need to get the three items that are required in order to complete this quest. The 3 items that you’ll need to get are these:
- Softwood
- Fiber
- Pink Hydrangea
Softwood
You are able to find Softwood literally in all around the trees next to the beach area. You just walk up to it and pick it up from the ground. Very easy item to find and interact with. You are able to find the softwood all around the trees around your house too.
Fiber
You are able to get Fiber when you go fishing next to any beach. To better get fish you will actually need to take a fishing companion that has the fishing trait with him. This way you will get way more fish and Fiber than usual. Goofy is one of the best.
You will just throw inside the fishing road into the water and then proceed to fish. You will need to time the circles properly in order to get a whole lot of fish and FIber. With a fishing companion, you will actually get more items at once.
Make sure to fish in an area that doesn’t have a circle. This way you can actually get Seaweed instead of fish.
1 Seaweed makes 5 FIber. You can also find Seaweed on the shoreline in the beach.

Once you have enough of the items you can go ahead and create it.
Pink Hydrangea
This is a pink flower that can be found on the shoreline of the beach. Just look around the green and bushy areas and you can spot them easily. This is how they look.
The best farmable location for the Pink Hydrangea is this general area of the map.
And that should be everything! Once you get all of these 3 items you will complete the quotes and you will successfully fix the boat.
