“A Comedic Proposition” from Mike Wazowski has arrived in Disney Dreamlight Valley and he needs the Whoopee Cushion. He wants to revolutionize the Valley and you might wonder how the cushion has anything to do with this.
Do not question Mike’s plan. We follow the man’s orders and now, he needs his Whoopee Cushion and here’s how to get it.
How To Get a Whoopee Cushion
The Whoopee Cushion you need for Mike is actually just in Monsters Inc’s realm. After teleporting here, go to your right, past the room with red flooring and to the room that connects to the backside of the desk area. You’ll find the Whoopee Cushion there.

Unfortunately, there’s a bug where you can’t pick up the item here. There can be several ways to fix this:
- Try to use the Watering Can on the object, leave, and come back to retrieve it.
- Try restarting your game.
We’re certain that the developers will roll out a hotfix to patch this bug in the near future. But for now, that’s how you can get a Whoopee Cushion for Mike Wazowski during the “A Comedic Proposition” quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Getting to the Whoopee Cushion Quest
The “Comedic Proposition” quest is available after you reach Friendship Level 7 with Mike Wazowski. He’ll be asking you to scour for good jokes from other people in Dreamlight Valley: WALL-E, The Fairy Godmother, and Vanellope.
Once you do, go to Mike and then Sulley to get their opinions. Mike decides to finally hold the first ever Comedy Night in the Valley. And to do that, he needs your help with the props and materials.
This is where you need to gather the Whopee Cushion, Laugh Canisters (10) and a Rubber Chicken. They are all at Mike’s workplace, the Monsters Inc. Once you do, give the Whopee Cushion and Rubber Chicken to Vanellope who loves the props and then talk again to Mike.
With excitement of the show’s D-day getting closer, Mike will ask you to help craft the Comedic Meet and Greet Decor. To craft this placeable furniture, you need 15 Bricks, 10 Fibers, 7 Iron Ingots, and 10 Laugh Canisters.
- Brick: 5 Clay and 1 Coal Ore
- Fiber (5): 1 Seaweed
- Iron Ingot: 5 Iron Ore and 1 Coal Ore
- 10 Laugh Canisters (Quest-related)
