Dragon Soul on Roblox has just had a huge Soul Update that has added many dragon souls to the game. Some of these souls are incredibly powerful and many players have wanted to get their hands on them. But with multiple ways, the drop chances are not clear.
So, in this guide, we’ll be showing you all the ways to get dragon souls, including the drop chances. Additionally, we’ll showcase some souls alongside their stats, so you can see if the effort is worth it. Let’s dive in!
How To Get Dragon Souls & Drop Chance/Stats Showcase
There are a total of three ways in which you can get Dragons Souls, which are:
- Find shattered orbs
- Using Dragon Ball Wishes
- Purchasing spins from Soul Giver NPC.
You can also make your Souls permanent by buying Raid Stones.
Additionally, in this guide, we’ll also look at three souls that got adjusted after the Souls update.

Method #1 – Shattered Orbs
The first method of getting Dragon Souls is by locating shattered souls. These shattered souls are scattered all over the map and can also be obtained from the main story line quests.
In total, you can get 33 souls with 24 being obtainable from quests. Keep in mind that shattered souls reset daily and can be found again.
When you get 4 of these souls, you obtain a Dragon Soul spin. However, the drop rates for souls are not as good as the other methods, and you cannot get Zenkai souls.
Here are the Spin Rates for the Dragon Souls from this method:
- Life Soul – 0.1%
- Exiled Soul – 0.4%
- Time Soul – 1.425%
- Prideful Soul – 2.375%
- Dual Soul – 5.7%
- Explosive Soul – 6%
- Fighting Soul – 6%
- Endurance Soul – 9%
- Wizard’s Soul – 9%
- Health Soul – 15%
- Ki Power Soul – 15%
- Stamina Soul – 15%
- Strength Soul – 15%.
When you use a shattered orb, there is an animation where you are shown 5 Dragon Souls. You can then pick one from the five and you’ll be able to obtain it!
Currently, getting shattered orbs is glitched as they are locked behind main story quests which seemingly can’t be picked up right now. As a result, we haven’t been able to show you all the locations.
Method #2 – Soul Giver NPC
The second method of getting Dragon Souls is by visiting the Soul Giver NPC. He can be found at Port Prospera.
All you need to do is spend 40 GP and you can spin to get a random soul. This is also not the best method of getting souls, but at least you can get the Zenkai souls.
Here are the Soul drop chances with this method:
- Destruction Soul – 0.001%
- Savior Soul – 0.099%
- Life Soul – 0.1%
- Exiled Soul – 0.4%
- Time Soul – 1.41%
- Prideful Soul – 2.35%
- Dual Soul – 5.64%
- Explosive Soul – 6%
- Fighting Soul – 6%
- Endurance Soul – 9%
- Wizard’s Soul – 9%
- Health Soul – 15%
- Ki Power Soul – 15%
- Stamina Soul – 15%
- Strength Soul – 15%.
Method #3 – Dragon Ball Wishes
The best way to get the good Dragon Souls in the game is by using Dragon Ball wishes. You can consume 7 Dragon Balls to summon the Shenron.
After a cutscene, you can choose from multiple wishes. Select the ‘I wish for a Dragon Soul!’ option. When you do so, you will be able to choose one soul from 5 souls again, like with the shattered orbs.
Here are the drop rates for the Dragon Souls with this method:
- Destruction Soul – 0.01%
- Savior Soul – 0.99%
- Life Soul – 1%
- Exiled Soul – 4%
- Time Soul – 6%
- Prideful Soul – 10%
- Dual Soul – 24%
- Explosive Soul – 10.8%
- Fighting Soul – 10.8%
- Endurance Soul – 16.2%
- Wizard’s Soul – 16.2%.
Additionally, you also have a chance to get a random rare dragon soul with this method.
Permanent Soul
Another thing that the developers added is a way to make your souls permanent. Typically, when you consume a new soul, you will lose the one that you had previously.
To get this, you’ll need to go to the Soul Minter NPC that can be found at Port Prospera. Here, you can purchase Perma Stones of varying rarity. The higher the rarity, the more the stone will cost.
Currently, the only way to get these stones is by purchasing them with Robux. The highest rarity Perma Stone – Zenkai costs 3000 Robux.
Dragon Souls Showcase
Next, we’ll be looking at the three Zenkai souls that were adjusted. We’ll take a look at their stats and the additional effects that each of them provide.
Life Soul
The Life Soul in Dragon Soul provides the following transformation stats:
- Strength – [+50%]
- Ki Power – [+150%]
- Health – [+50%]
- Ki Max – [+200%]
- Speed – [+0]
- Stamina – [+0]
Keep in mind that these transformation stats last for 90 seconds.
With this transformation, your character gets a shining aura all around.
The main ability of the Life Soul is the Super Spirit Bomb that has two modes. The first mode allows you to charge the bomb and throw it to deal damage.
With the second mode, you can press the ultimate button again while charging the spirit bomb. This will allow you to absorb the spirit bomb and get the transformation.
We suggest using the second mode in Dragon Soul as it is much stronger.
Savior Soul
The Savior Soul gives you the following transformation stats:
- Strength – [+1000] [+850%]
- Ki Power – [+1000] [+750%]
- Health – [+1000] [+700%]
- Ki Max – [+1000] [+600%]
- Speed – [+50%]
- Stamina – [+50%].
This transformation lasts 180 seconds.
The form you get with Savior Soul is incredibly powerful, even transforming the character model. You get a unique walking animation and your face and hair change.
Additionally, you get access to the following 3 moves in Dragon Soul:
- Wanyudo
- Buddha Fist
- Heaven’s Wrath.
God Of Destruction Soul
The Destruction Soul gives you the following transformation stats:
- Strength – [+1500] [+800%]
- Ki Power – [+1500] [+1000%]
- Health – [+1500] [+600%]
- Ki Max – [+1500] [+900%]
- Speed – [+0]
- Stamina – [+0].
The transformation also lasts 180 seconds.
With this transformation, your character model gets a purple glow around the character.
You also get access to four moves that are incredibly useful:
- Sphere of Destruction
- Obliteration Storm
- Termination
- Path to Ruin.
