Summon wisely!

In Dungeon Hunter 6, summoning Lieutenants is one of the most crucial aspects of the game. Now, to make sure that you get the most of this mechanic, it’s important to get a good grasp of all the nuances and strategies involved. And of course, you wouldn’t want to use your resources doing whatever. In this guide, I’ll show you everything you’ll need to know about Lieutenants in the game.

Complete Lieutenant Guide

When it comes to Lieutenants, you’d want to make sure that you understand all the concepts to help you have more success in the game – whether it be team compositions, acknowledgement of high-tier or strong Lieutenants, as well as other things like leveling up.

Wish List – Summoning

So, let’s dive right into the first topic on the Wish ListSummoning. Your wish list allows you to target specific lieutenants for summoning. Initially, when you start the game, you might not see your wish list unlocked.

No worries, as it seems to unlock randomly while you’re doing summons. Just keep summoning and remember, don’t do consecutive 10x summons – switch it up and check back until it’s unlocked.

Now, let’s talk about who to put in your wish list. You can add lieutenants from different elements – water, fire, and nature. Not only SSRS but also SRS and RS lieutenants.

Here are my top lieutenant recommendations for each element:

Water

  1. Demonic Wolf: An excellent choice, especially considering you receive a free copy for pre-registering. This makes it easier to reach 6 stars quickly.
  2. Death Knight: A formidable pick, excelling in providing various buffs and damage reduction.
  3. Karetta: Although not a free unit, Karetta shines as a damage buffer with powerful control skills.

Fire

  1. Delphyne: You unlock her for free by simply logging in, making her an accessible and versatile choice with healing and damage capabilities.
  2. Terrorfiend: An excellent fire lieutenant, Terapen brings strong execute abilities and damage buffs, along with a hefty crit chance boost.
  3. Arch Mage Herbert (Pay-to-Win Option): Herbert is a formidable lieutenant, but it’s worth noting that he falls into the pay-to-win category. You can unlock him by purchasing the first $2 pack, but to maximize his potential, you’ll need to invest more.

Nature

  1. Nora: This unit is a remarkable nature element lieutenant, offering a well-rounded set of skills that can greatly benefit your team.
  2. Stonewing Gatekeeper: This nature unit is excellent for PVP content, offering control and shielding abilities, making them a fantastic choice for competitive play.
  3. Winged Terror: Another nature unit we highly recommend, as it combines healing and damage buff abilities. Winged Terror is easily one of the top support options in the game.

Star Up & Level Up Tips

  • Focus on one main element, such as water, fire, or nature. It’s challenging to get multiple lieutenants of the same element to high star levels.
  • When leveling your lieutenants, try to reach level 60 for your first three lieutenants. You don’t need to balance them out too much in the early game.

Lineups & Setups

As for your lineups, you’ll want different setups for different game modes:

  1. Story Mode and AFK Tower: For solo content where survival is key, use a lineup with a healer, a tank, and a damage dealer. For ranged classes, consider two melee damage dealers or one tank and one melee damage dealer.
  2. Farming Experience: In game modes where you just want to destroy monsters for XP, prioritize damage dealers and a support unit for healing and attack buffs.
  3. PvP Content: For PvP, create a lineup with a healer/buffer, a tank with control abilities, and a damage dealer. Control effects can make a big difference in PvP battles.

Customize these lineups based on your specific playstyle and team composition. Remember that adapting to different scenarios can be the key to success in the game.

Whether it’s solo adventures, farming, or PvP combat, the right lineup can make a significant difference in your gaming experience.

Remember that in the long run, it’s better to stick with a few main lieutenants and focus on leveling them up. Building a diverse team in Dragon Hunter 6 is important but specializing in a few key units will help you reach those coveted 10-star lieutenants faster.
