Roblox’s Dungeon Quest is all about slaying enemies and acquiring tons of loot. Also, you can do this alone or with friends. Upgrade your equipment to kill different bosses as you progress and face stronger enemies.
In this article, I will guide you on how to become a Pro in Dungeon Quest with just a few tips and tricks. Ready up your weapons and armor, call your fighting buddies and we shall begin our journey.
Dungeon Quest Beginner’s Guide
We’ve all been beginners at some point. Every time we play a game for the first time, we are considered beginners. However, with a few tricks up our sleeves, we can become pros in just a short period of time.
Here’s what you need to do to become a pro:
- When you join the game for the first time, you will only have a Sword, a Wand, a Fireball, and a taunt ability. I recommend using the wand since it is a long-range weapon, which is good for keeping distance between the enemies.
- Once you select your preferred weapon, click the start button at the bottom right. You can choose if you want to join an existing dungeon lobby or just create your own. I recommend joining or creating a dungeon lobby in Hardcore mode.
- In Hardcore mode, the loot drops are better and the enemies are still easy to kill. However, you will only have one life. Just spam your fireball ability to kill the enemies.
- Leveling up will give you points for increasing your stats. Physical increases your sword damage, Spell power increases magic damage, and Stamina increases your overall health.
- When you reach the boss area, just do the same with the regular enemies. Just spam your fireball ability and avoid its attacks. Try not to die in Hardmode, so you won’t lose all that progress. You will receive loot after defeating the boss.
Weapons
There are a lot of weapons to choose from. However, you need to loot them first by raiding dungeons. It will take some time to get a powerful weapon. But, players can sell any unwanted weapons by talking to specific NPCs in the game.
Here’s what you need to do to sell or upgrade weapons:
- Head towards the docks and the path leading to the right is where you will find the NPC where you can sell any unwanted weapons for gold.
- To upgrade your weapons or armor, just approach the NPC near the spawn area. Make sure to unequip the weapon or armor you want to upgrade.
Trading
If you have some extra equipment such as weapons and armor, you can trade it with different players. The best way to make a trade is to ask someone if they are looking for a specific item.
- First, click the Show Players button on the top right corner of the screen. This will show all the players on the server that you can trade with.
- The next thing you need to do is click the avatar of the person you want to trade with and the trade button with be available as shown in the picture below.
These are the tips and tricks that will make any beginner in Dungeon Quest become a pro in no time. Keep playing in Hardcore mode to receive top-tier loot every time you complete a dungeon run. Sell your unwanted weapons or trade them for better ones with other players.
