Defeat a Teardrop Scarab
To get the Sacred Ring of Light, you will need to defeat a Teardrop Scarab in the Aeonian Swamps in Caelid. The Ash of War will not drop anywhere else, and you can only get it through drops by defeating the Teardrop Scarab.
