FIFA 23 will have you control your own team and you’ll have to aim for the stars with it. One very important thing to know about it is finding new players. The Youth Academy is one of the most useful tools for this. In this guide, we will be explaining how it works and how you can find the Best Players possible. Let’s get started.

Youth Academy Guide | Find The Best Player – FIFA 23

When you start inside the Youth Academy you will get a few starting off players. They might not be so good or very well known. So it is up to you whether you want to keep them or completely just remove then and start from scratch.

To get some new Youth players in your team you will need to activate the Youth Scouts. They are very important and much needed for finding you the best upcoming and new youth players throughout the world even.

You will first need to hire a Youth Staff. It has to have very good or high stars too. As you can see you can take a total of 3 of them. You will get a random scout generated every time you load the new save file. You can squeeze it and restart it a couple of times until you get a much better one.

As you find newer youth players you can go ahead and upgrade your staff. It is very recommended that you do so as early on as possible. This way you will get the best possible youth players guaranteed.

Now once you have your Youth Staff you will go into the world map menu. Here you will want to find a certain portion of the world and look for players. The biggest thing that you want to look for is this:

  • Type – Physically Strong

This type will have the most potential for growing and becoming the next and future best football player ever. The other ones are kind of pointless.

When looking for players you will focus on the OVR or the Overall stat for them. You are looking for something 50 – 60. Do not go lower than this. The players that are in the Youth group and are in this area will have a much higher potential of growing further and becoming better. That is the whole point of the Youth Academy.

Keep the player away from Dynamic Potential as much as possible. Keeping them in the Youth Academy works, loaning them works, and playing with them very often at least helps to fight this dynamic potential.

Those are the most important things you need to know about the Youth Academy for Finding the Best Players in FIFA 23. We hope that this guide was helpful and aided you in finding lots of new players to play with. Good luck!
