In the very first part of the quest, you and Paimon will find out that Jean needs help with an issue. This is when you need to head to the Knights of Favonius Headquarters in Mondstadt. Here you will find Jean, Klee and Kaeya.
You then later find out that Klee needs help going to Summeru in Gandharva Ville due to a letter from Klee’s mom – Alice, who told her that a friend was inviting her there. As a result, you will be the one to help accompany Klee on her journey to Sumeru.
On your journey, you’ll also find Eula as well as Collei having a conversation. If you are wondering why Eula is here, she heard that one of her cousins is working hard here to restore the honor of the Lawrence’s Clan and she wanted to ensure he wasn’t too fanatical about it.
Then, you’ll need to find a Domain which you are having difficulties finding. This is when Klee calls for help, which appears in the form of a bottle. Then, you and your friends eventually go inside it, finding a magical world. The group then proceeds to explore the new area.
That is what the ‘A Mysterious Missive on Paper Wings’ quest is all about! You will mostly need to go around the areas, following the indicators on your map that lead you to the right locations. Since there are no puzzles you need to solve, these locations are quite easy for you to get to.
