Genshin Impact isn’t just full of attractive anime characters who wield magic and weapons that are twice the size of their body, it’s also full of side quests that can keep the player busy until the next update that brings in more story and content. One of these side quests is called A-Toymaking We Shall Go: Energy Storage. In this side quest, you need to harness elemental energy in order to complete Bertrand’s machine. The harnessing part is difficult, as you will be taking damage to do so. Follow this guide to find the best places to harness elemental charge.

Core of the Apparatus Elemental Charge (Pyro, Hydro, & Electro Applied for 15s) – Genshin Impact

First on the list is lighting yourself on fire. Head to the location on the map to find Pyro Slimes.

The objective requires you to be inflicted with Pyro for 15 seconds. To do this, just get attacked by the Pyro Slimes and stand in the grass areas that are burning. Do so for 15 seconds and you will complete the first objective.

Next on the objective is to be inflicted with Hydro for 15 seconds. Head to the location on the map to find Hydro Slimes.

Aggro the Hydro Slimes and get attacked. Afterwards, run around the water for 15 seconds to keep the Hydro active on you. Do that for 15 seconds and you will finish the objective.

The last objective is to be inflicted with Electro. Head to the location on the map to find Electro Slimes.

Same tactic, aggro the Electro Slimes and run around to avoid getting too much damage. Wait for 15 seconds and the objective should be completed. Once you get the prompt, return to Bertrand’s for the ending of the side quest.

Elijah Hernandez is someone that loves video games since he was little. It didn't matter to him if people didn't like a video game. If it was fun, that was all that mattered to him. He's also a huge fan of superhero media like Marvel and DC, so he's practically played games like Spider-Man and the Batman Arkham games. He's also into multiplayer games that strike his fancy, specifically games like Call of Duty and Fortnite. Most especially Fortnite since he can play as different Marvel and DC characters in a battle royale against other famous and iconic characters.
