The first thing you need to do is to talk with Soheil. After that, you need to teleport to the nearest Waypoint and head to the Dune of Carouses. Enter the Tomb of carouses building and explore new things. Once you’ve entered, you will go straight, and you will see one red mechanism, stand there and press f to change the color to blue.
After switching the color, you need to go down and see a locked chest. To unlock the chest, you will need to create a cell with Primal Light that needs to pass through the invisible wall.
Then go down the stairs, defeat the enemies, and bring the Forged Primal Light to the bottom floor. Then use the Obscuring Cell to make the wall invisible. After that, go upstairs and turn to the mechanism, and press F to turn red again.
Once you’ve done that, you must defeat the Primal Constructs and go to the passageway to the right. You need to rotate the Primal Beam until a light passes through the wall. To make the wall invisible, use the Obscuring cell, and it will unlock the chest.
Then go to the original room and use the wind to reach the upper room. After reaching the upper room, you will open the Exquisite chest, and it will give you the Record of the Tomb of Carouses. And the last thing you need to do is to go and talk to Soheil afterward.
