You would have to be doing tons of activities to pass through some levels and quests in Genshin Impact. In some of them though, all you’ll have to do is simply nothing. We will be talking about one of those quests in today’s guide too. This one is the Head To The Top Of The Tower quest.

After you have fixed the bridge that is very high up on top of you, you will have to actually go across it now. To do this, first, start going up the stairs that you took originally when you came down and were fighting those 3 enemies next to the water well. Instead of going right on the stairs, go left now.

Use the first elevator and just STAND STILL. You will see that will come right in front of you once you’re following the stairs on the left. Once you get to the top where the elevator will bring you, simply take a left again.

There will be a cutscene when you reach the place that you’re supposed to go.

Now, this is the tricky part where a lot of the players are going wrong and wasting their precious time doing random things in order to pass this level.

All you’ll have to do is just STAND STILL! Yes, it is as simple as that. Just get past the cutscene and let it run through all the way. After it is done just simply stand still until the animation plays out. Do not go running around the towers searching for something, the thing you’re waiting for is the animation on top of the interactable circled area.

When the animation plays out you’ll be able to go to the circled highlighted area on the picture and interact with it. All you’ll have to do is press the Close interaction button. And that is it!

Once you press the Close thing, another cutscene will play out where you’ll be in Mondstadt with all of the gang. Congratulations on passing one of the simplest things ever, but players still somehow manage to make it hard for themselves.
