Once you have completed the quest, you will go to Joururi Workshop. You can go there with fast travel, find it on the map, and teleport there. After reaching there, interact with the green tree, and enter the Scaramouche Boss Domain.
Before entering, set up your party and go to fight the boss. Once you have defeated the boss, interact with Trounce Blossom to obtain the rewards. You will reward with a lot of things, including the Puppet Strings.
