To start the quest, you need to interact with Toranosuke and Miyuki at Kujou Encampment in Kannazuka. Once you grab an Electrograna and activate the canon, you should aim where it is pointed in the image above. Once you shoot that, you will go to the next one.
Then you need to go to another canon and shoot. After you the second one, you should go to the last one.
After shooting with the third canon, you will open the rocky wall, and you will enter the cave and unlock the Shakkei Pavilion Domain.
