Then once you have this unlocked you can go and actually unlock the Sumeru Underwater Teleport Waypoint.
You will go to where the waterfall area was, you know before you entered the whole cave, and started doing the puzzles in order to unlock the Jungle of Inverted Dreams.
You will come to the highlighted position. Here you will notice that there is a Totem. Activate it and you’ll unlock the Sumeru Underwater Teleport Waypoint! From here you can get to the Domain much easier than going from under the bridge.
It is as easy as that. Just make sure that you complete the first puzzles and unlock the Domain. This is the only way that you’ll actually get this Waypoint to spawn here.
