The Kindled Trees by the Moonlit Window is the firework that you need to smelt for the third part of the Flameplume Starflower. The Kindled Trees by the Moonlit Window is one of the more challenging fireworks because you are going to need to use smelting techniques that buffs or debuffs your smelting power.
Use the Raging Fire smelting technique and smelt once to activate the buff and increase your smelting quality. Switch to Meticulousness and smelt the color once.
Go to height and rotation and smelt them both once. Switch over to Tactile Sensitivity and smelt both Size and Spread once. Using the same technique, smelt the Rotation twice and switch over to the Low-Temperature Processing smelting technique.
Smelt it once to activate the debuff on your smelting power. Switch back to Tactile Sensitivity and smelt the Color, Size, Height, and Spread once.
Complete the smelting and you should have a 5000 Quality rating.
