Doing quests in MMORPGs and Roleplaying games, in particular, can be daunting at times, especially when you’re trying to do all of the side quests out there. Some of these games can have so many side quests, and let’s not forget other games that have radiant side quests that never end. With this many quests, you can’t really be blamed for skipping some of them or thinking that not all of them are going to be fun. Some games though make their quests as interesting as possible, making grand narratives and plot points that get you hooked. In this Lost in Prosperity guide, we’ll show you one of the quests in Genshin Impact and you be the judge if it’s fun or not.
Lost in Prosperity Guide For Genshin Impact
Genshin Impact is a gacha game, and previous gacha games of old often had little to no grand narrative to follow, often just having bits of stories here and there. If there was a grand narrative it was often up to the player on how they interpret them and how it affects them. Gacha games these days however have stories of their own now, character development and character arcs are often there for players to see and enjoy. In this guide, we’ll show you the quest Lost in Prosperity, one of the quests that add up to the narrative of the game.
When you start the quest, you’ll have to talk to one of the merchants nearby. This will give you a cutscene that you’ll have to go through.
Most of the quest involves moving from one waypoint to another and going through cutscenes and dialogue. We won’t spoil any of the story since it’s pretty good. We suggest that you go through it slow. At one point you’ll meet a character of interest called “Alhaitham.”
Go follow him and listen to more cutscenes. After that you’ll need to find a contact for the quest. This involves talking to specific people and giving specific answers. Finding the people is easy enough with a waypoint, the answers are below:
For Latish the answer is: “We want to buy some unripe Harra Fruits.”
For Raunak the answers are:
- Congratulations to you.
- Dizziness with a side of tinnitus, please.
- Port Ormos Style.
After giving the right answers Raunak will start running. But don’t worry as there are waypoints and a trail for you to follow and easily catch up with him. At the very end of the chase, you’ll get a cutscene meeting the new character, Dori.
After the cutscene with her, the quest finally finishes!
