Genshin Impact: Pale Fire Guide

Genshin Impact has a lot of quests that can take hours to finish. It’s honestly a little bit of a hassle, considering that not a lot of people have that kind of time anymore. Either that or it can get very repetitive, which is a big problem with Genshin Impact’s content.

To be fair, a lot of games have repetitive content that can bore players to drop the game. However, if you have a cool quest or something that will wow the players, then you should have that on the ready, like Genshin Impact’s Pale Fire quest.

Pale Fire Guide – Genshin Impact

A. Let Sorush awaken the Residual Pari in the Fravashi Tree

When the quest starts, your first objective is to awaken the Residual Pari. You will need to use Sorush to awaken the Residual Pari. This will make the quest objective move on to the next.

B. Udumbara Pistils #1 & #2

There are a total of 6 Udumbara Pistils, and some of them are close to each other. They are all around the Asipattravana Swamp area, making it easier to find them quickly.

You can find the first two here on the map.

Just like with the Residual Peri, you will need to use Sorush to interact with the glowing green hearts on the wall to grow the flower and get the Udumbara Pistils.

B. Udumbara Pistil #3

The third Udumbara can be found a little bit east of the swamp.

The Udumbara can be found on the wall here, but you will need to either climb or glide towards it.

B. Udumbara Pistil #4

The fourth Udumbara Pistil is located under a cliff. Use the Teleport Waypoint to get there faster.

Once you have spawned in, jump off the cliff and glide down. Turn around and you should spot the glowing green heart on the side.

B. Udumbara Pistil #5

The fifth Udumbara Pistil is located just around the same area. 

Just as the same as the last time, you will need to jump off a cliff and glide down. Turn around and you should spot it.

B. Udumbara Pistil #6

The last one can be found just west of the swamp.

This one is easier to reach compared to the others, as it is closer to solid land.

C. Bring the Udumbara to the Residual Pari

After you are done collecting all 6 Udumbara Pistils, go back to the Residual Pari and give it all of the items you just collected.
