The Sumeru Red Flower puzzle is a very weird one indeed. You will notice that there are numerous totems as well as flowers in the puzzle areas that you’ll come across. The thing is, once you activate the Red Flowers, they won’t show any animation and you won’t know if you did a good job. Nonetheless, this is what you’ll have to do in order to pass the Sumeru Red Flower Puzzle. Let’s get started.
Sumeru Red Flower Puzzle Guide – Genshin Impact
You will come across this puzzle when doing the Into The Woods questline. There will be a set of enemies that you’ll need to clear out first. Simply defeat all of the small flower creatures that you’ll come across.
Now, once the coast is clear you’ll see that there are actual totems around here. Although they might be hard to notice because they blend in with the background. Your job will be to shoot the Red Flowers with any character(Xiao or Venti work).
Then, you’ll need to activate the Light Candle of Light. Find the totem that will be directly in the middle of the road and just interact with it. This is what the totem should look like:
Then after you’ve done this, go directly under the cave entrance. Here you’ll see a very weird-looking type of plant. You will need to interact with it to Destroy the Tumor of Withering. This is what the flower should look like:
Once you do this, you’ll get a short cutscene and you’ll get a new destination for going. You will simply follow the road that you’ve been following for the past scene in this quest line. If it is any help, just go to this location.
Once you get here you’ll be dealing with a bunch of enemies yet again. Deal with them and kill all the plants that you’ll come across. After this, you can begin with the totems again.
Then just switch into Venti, or a bow character, and strike these flowers down. Hit them with your bow, while buffed up from the flowers, and you’ll get them activated. These flowed will be located all around the area so you can’t miss them.
You can go in the middle flower and activate the Destroy Tumor of Withering yet again.
Once that is done with, you’ll go to the area with the Spinocroodiles.
