In Genshin Impact there are a lot of different recipes that you can find in the game. These recipes can be used to make all sorts of food that can give you healing or even buffs. That’s why it’s good to know where these recipes can be found so you always have a large selection of food to cook. One of these recipes is the Tasses Ragout recipe and it’s found near the Court of Fontaine.
In this guide, we’ll show you where to find this recipe and how to complete the quest needed to get it. So, get ready to move around some dogs and do mind where you step!
Tasses Ragout Recipe Location
This particular recipe in the game is a reward for a quest. Luckily for you, the quest is fairly simple and all you need to do is to move some dogs. Also make sure to not step on any flowers!
Here are the steps that we’ll be taking to get the recipe:
- Go To the Northwest of the Court of Fontaine.
- Talk to Earnshaw to start the Upon A Flowery Field of Grass quest.
- Bring Hero, Princess and Prince home.
- Complete the quest to get the recipe!

Detailed Walkthough
The Tasses Ragout recipe is a reward that you get for a certain quest. You can find the quest northwest of the Court of Fontaine. You can use the image below as a reference.
Look for a small house with a field of lavender flowers in front. Lavender is the long blue flowers with a green leafy base, it’s hard to miss them.
There will be a man with short gray hair in front of the house. Talk to him and you’ll soon learn his name is Earnshaw. He needs help with a quest, the same quest that you need for the recipe.
The quest requires you to find Prince, Princess and Hero which are basically his dogs. They ran off after he wanted to inspect their teeth. You’ll need to coax them into the doghouse to complete the quest.
Prince and Princess are in the flower field and are closest to you at the start. The catch is you can’t step on the flowers, doing so will make Eranshaw teleport you out of the field. If you do step on the flowers, the positions of the dogs won’t reset.
NOTE: The dogs move opposite of where you are when you’re close to them. Think of it as pushing them to a direction.
The last dog, Hero is up the path from the house. Earnshaw warns you that he won’t move if there’s food around him. When you get to Hero’s area, there will be Suspicious Fowl around him, just pick them up and he’ll start moving.
Moving Hero to the Doghouse isn’t that hard unlike the other two. Just make sure he keeps on walking even if there are enemies around.
After the 3 dogs are near and set in the doghouse, a cutscene will play and the quest will end. After the cutscene, you’ll get your rewards including the Tasses Ragout recipe!
This recipe lets you restore a percentage of your max HP plus additional HP depending on the quality. The dish itself needs 3 Tomatoes, 2 Salt and 3 Onions.
