Genshin Impact: The Dune of Carouses Dendroculus Guide

The new update for Genshin Impact has released and it’s huge! The new part of the map can now be explored and it’s the sandy area of the Sumeru Desert. This desert is filled with new adventure, ruins that you can explore filled with dangers to overcome, enemies to fight and treasures to claim. The update also comes with a continuation of the main story as well as many side quests you can do around the new area. Of course, a new area also means new places to explore, and with new places to explore means new areas Dendroculus can be, and in this guide, we’ll show you where to find one!

The Dune of Carouses Dendroculus Guide For Genshin Impact

The new Sumeru Desert area is large and is filled with all manner of ruins that you can explore. At one area of the desert is the Dune of Carouses where a large pyramid-like structure can be found.

Go inside the large ruined structure and you’ll find a wind torrent going up in the center, a barrier where the Dendroculus is to the left and a room to the right with a blue triangle you use to do puzzles in the area. Get the blue object and drop down the wind torrent.

Down further into the ruin go left and you’ll find a mechanism you need to rotate. A blue beam will fire out of it to the other side of the room where there’s a glowing blue pad there where you’ll need to go to summon the next mechanism.

Touch the cell and the wall will disappear connecting the blue beam to where it needs to go.

A chest will unlock and next to it is a mechanism you can activate. After activating it go back to the start of the whole thing where the barrier is gone now and you can get the Dendroculus!
