If you’re on the hunt for one of Natlan’s toughest and newest Local Legends in Genshin Impact 5.5, you’ve come to the right place. The Peak is a hidden boss that lurks in the northwest of the Atlocan Region, ready to challenge even the most seasoned adventurers. In this guide, I’ll break down where to find The Peak, how to defeat it, and which team compositions work best against it!
The Peak Location Local Legend
You can reach The Peak by going to Northwest of the Fallingstar Fields, atop a giant slanted mountain spike in Atocpan. To get there:
- Teleport to the nearest Waypoint (Atocpan, Natlan)on the mountain spike.
- Head south along the path leading toward the center.
- Enter the arena where The Peak will be waiting for you.
- As for the lava stone nearby, off field electro (any Electric attack will work) to get rid of it. You’re not restricted with Iansan and Varesa, don’t worry.

How To Beat The Peak
The Peak has a unique mechanic where it summons Crystals during specific attacks. These Crystals boost The Peak’s defenses, making the fight drag on if left untouched. To counter this:
- Use Electro attacks to break the Crystals as soon as they appear.
- Off-field Electro characters like Fischl or Chevreuse can make this easier.
- Stay Out of the Blast Zone: The Peak has a devastating Jump Attack after performing two charge lunges. Here’s how to deal with it:
- Dodge the lunges and be ready to move.
- The Peak will pause briefly before jumping, use this time to reposition.
- Avoid standing in the center of the arena to evade the blast.
- After the attack, three Crystals will spawn, break them with Electro or simply keep your distance until they explode.
Best Team Composition Against The Peak
While The Peak isn’t the hardest boss in Natlan, bringing the right team will make the fight much smoother. Here are some recommended characters:
