Upon getting the quest head towards the very northeast of Twinning Isle to start the next clue quest.
To complete this quest, simply adjust the amplifier correctly to reach the treasure chest.
Adjust the first amplifier (beside the main instrument) towards the second amplifier.
You need to adjust the second one towards the first amplifier on top of the rock cliff.
The third one adjusted to the one in front of it.
The fourth amplifier on top of the cliff needs to be adjusted to the one facing it directly which is also on the cliff.
Adjust the fifth amplifier towards the amplifier below it.
The sixth amplifier is adjusted towards the amplifier near the chest on the bottom of the cliff.
Finally, you need to adjust the final amplifier behind the chest towards the chest.
Play the instrument and wait till the harmony unlocks the chest for you.
