When you will be going through some quests in Genshin Impact the objective might seem easy and clear, but you’ll soon find out that there is more to it. This is the case with the Try To Lift The Seal. In this guide, we will be showing you what they mean and how you can destroy all 7 of them. Let’s get started.

Try To Lift The Seal Guide – Genshin Impact

This is a part of the For the Children of the Past questline. If you want to see the quest from start to finish and see how to complete it entirely, make sure to check out our guide here – For the Children of the Past Guide.

In this section, you will be in the newly found mini-desert underground. The key in passing through the next stage and completing this big desert, as well as leaving it, you will need to destroy a total of 7 Seals.

These Seals are placed upon the totems that you will find in the area.

To break the Seal on these totems you will have to shoot them with an arrow. They take damage so the only thing is breaking them apart. Pick Amber and shoot all of them.

Totems

The totems are scattered literally all around the place. There will be some in the desert area, some behind grass and roots, and the last ones are going to be underground. To get to them you will need to pass a Music Challenge.

The first totem will be right behind the Candle of Light. You will see it literally right in front of you.

The second totem and Seal will be directly opposite from the first one. So if you’re at the first location, just look behind you and you will spot the totem on the other side of the big area. You can shoot it from a distance too.

The third totem is literally shown even in the picture above. You will want to shoot at the totem under the big stone spikes that are in front of your face. Also, an arrow shot from Amber will suffice.

The fourth totem will be if you look on your right. Assuming that you will stay in the same position as the two pictures above, just look to your right and you will be able to see the totem right next to the dead enemy.

Now for the next three, you will want to go underground. Find the music challenges that are next to the walls and in front of the cave entrances. Play the music accordingly. Just follow and copy the same icons as above and you’ll enter the cave.

The fifth totem will be right inside and the first thing you’ll see when you open the cave entrance. You literally cannot miss it at all.

Destroy it and keep following the road inside this cave. There will be low level enemies here so be careful of them. A couple of easy AoE skills will do the trick though. Once you will have walked enough you will find the sixth Steal just on the left of you.

In this area, you will have to kill all the enemies in order to find the 7th one. Just eliminate them all.

After they are dead you will want to play the Music Challenge here again. It works exactly the same as the previous one. Then once you finish it, activate the Healthy Dendrogranum.

Now look for the floating objects. There will be a total of 3 of them. Shoot them all while buffed up on the Dendrogranum.

Once you complete this puzzle by shooting all of them, another cave entrance will open. Enter it and continue walking inside of it.

Then while walking here, you will find the seventh totem. Shoot it to complete all the Seals.

Congratulations! We hope that this guide was helpful and aided you in the destruction of the 7 Seals. Good luck!
