While doing the quest “Agnihotra Sutra” in Genshin Impact you’ll travel around the quest areas with Aranaga. This flying little thing will give you the ability to use Kusava, when you’re traveling with Aragaru you also have that ability but both do different things. Aragaru can break rocks while Aranaga can lift certain platforms, so both of them have their specific uses. At one point in the quest you’ll be with Aranaga and in this guide we’ll show you how to use the Kusava to break the seal on the Yajna Grass.
Use The Kusava To Break The Seal On The Yajna Grass For Genshin Impact
In Genshin Impact the game sometimes gives you quest specific items or objects to interact with for the sake of the story and the level. This is a great way for the developers to keep players feeling that the content they create is fresh. Since some of these abilities and items are only used in that specific quest. This quest is no different with its own mechanic in play.
When looking for the Yajna Grass you’ll get 3 waypoints where you need to go to. Once you near one of them it’ll show you a tutorial on how to use the Kusava in this part of the quest. Aranaga can raise platforms that you need to interact with to break the seal for the grass.
To raise the platforms, you’ll need to use the Z key. Aim the ability to the center of the area. A platform will then rise and you’ll need to interact with them once they’re fully out of the water. These platforms are often guarded with enemies so keep that in mind. Although you can raise the platforms and activate the object without ever fighting them.
One of the platforms though is sealed and you’ll need to go to the nearby pod to summon Dendrograna. Shoot the targets around it with a charged shot to deactivate the seal. Once it is deactivated, the procedure is the same as the other platforms. Raise it with Kusava and interact with it.
Once done the seal will break and you can finally finish the quest.
