Ghoul Re on Roblox can get incredibly grindy even at the best of times. However, the new update takes it to the next level. We finally have the next Kakuja form which you can unlock for the Eto. However, there seems to be a lot of confusion, even from the developers side, of the exact requirements you need to fulfill to get the Eto Kakuja. We’ve managed to uncover them, which includes both the old and upcoming requirements. So, in this guide, we’ll be going over them alongside a showcase so you can see whether it’s worth the effort to get. With that said, let’s dive in!
How To Get ETO – KAKUJA
When the Eto Kakuja was released on Ghoul Re, it had some really excessive requirements which a lot of players complained about. Here were the requirements:
- 350,000,000 RC Cells
- 600 Kagune Sacs eaten
Upon reaching 350,000,000 RC Cells and eating 600 Kagune Sacs, you will automatically receive the full Eto Kakuja. There are no other requirements, nor do you have to speak to an NPC.
However, these requirements are extremely excessive and players certainly did not hold back about it. Eventually, the developers decided that they would decrease these requirements in a future update.
We’re not sure if these changes have been implemented yet, since so many players have not managed to unlock this form.
So, the upcoming requirements for the Eto Kakuja are:
- 200,000,000 RC Cells
- 300 Kagune Sacs Eaten
These requirements are still excessive but at least much more realistic compared to the previous ones. Of course, many players have still decided that they will not get it because it’s too much effort.

Eto Kakuja Showcase
Eto’s Full Kakuja is a powerful transformation that boosts your combat abilities for a limited time. When activated, you gain increased health and hunger, gain full hyperarmor, and your Kagune moves, critical attacks, and M1’s are all enhanced.
On top of that, your appearance changes and is the same model as that of the Eto Raid Boss. This has not been received well since the Kakuja model is a reused asset.
Eto’s Full Kakuja only lasts for two minutes, so you’ll need to make it count.
Transformation
Unlike other forms in Ghoul Re, when you transform into the Full Kakuja, you are not left open for attack after the cutscene animation. This is because your character will do a roar that actually damages enemies and pushes them back.
M1 Attack
Eto’s Full Kakuja has a unique M1 attack that replaces the full combo with a powerful slash that can ragdoll enemies. On top of that, if you use it on a downed opponent, you’ll be able to grip them.
Currently, some players have faced a bug that causes the Eto model to appear after you grip enemies. Hopefully, it will rectified soon.
Z – Eto Roar
Your kakuja will charge up a powerful roar that deals medium damage in a large AoE circle around you. In total, you can deal up to 7 hits. This move has a very high posture damage and a 20 second cooldown.
X – Shard Barrage
After a small wind up, the kakuja will fire a large barrage of shards forward dealing constant damage. This move has a 4 second cooldown.
C – From Above
Your character will jump in the air and spin around – showing their back to the enemy. Similar to the previous move, shards will be launched from the back towards the enemy. This move has a 8 second cooldown.
[Critical]
The kakuja will raise their hands in the air before slamming them to the ground. This will deal AoE damage in a close radius to all enemies inside.
That’s everything you need to know about how to get Eto’s full Kakuja in Ghoul Re. While the requirements are straightforward, they’re incredibly difficult and grindy. With the reused model as well, it really seems like this form might not be worth getting. Additionally, future Kakujas might have the same requirements. Hopefully, these requirements are reduced in the future!
