Gym League: How To Gain Muscle Fast

It’s all about pumping iron and getting gains!

Getting that summer gym bod is tough work, and doing all that workout stuff can be a pain. In Roblox Gym League, you can build your virtual body and get into top shape with a combination of tips and tricks to bulk up quickly in the gym. In this guide, I cut through all the fluff and tell you how to gain muscle fast, so you do less thinking and more lifting.

Gain Muscle Fast | Tips and Tricks

From your diet to the kinds of exercises you do, building muscle is a process. There are ways you can speed up this process such as body alters, power-ups, and specific exercises (mind you, we mean body alters in the game and not real life!).

Body Alters

First of all, you can purchase various body alters from the shop that grants aesthetic and muscle-building advantages. To get the most bang for your buck, purchase the Slate body alter, which grants a 2x Muscle Growth perk. 

If you don’t know how to unlock body alters, you just need to get certain muscles to a specific strength to unlock specific body alters.

These are the body alters you can equip to gain muscle.

Power-Ups

For power-ups, buy the food items that give the most protein bonus; these are the items that will help you gain muscle fast. Here’s a list of the items you should stock up on:

  • Steak
    • 140$
    • Muscle Boost +60%
  • Cheap Protein Powder
    • 120$
    • Pump +10%
    • Muscle Boost +50%
    • Chance +5%
  • Protein Bar
    • 100$
    • Muscle Boost +35%

As soon as you have a good number of these items, eat them and go straight to the training exercises.

Use these powerups to gain muscle fast.

Exercises

The best exercises you can do to gain muscle quickly are the ones that target multiple muscle groups at once. I’ve compiled a list of all these exercises available to you in the game:

  • Bench Press
    • Targets the chest muscles.
  • Deadlift
    • Targets the back, arms, and legs.
  • Push Press
    • Targets the triceps and shoulders.
  • Front Squat
    • Targets the legs and calves.

AFK Exercising

Like most Roblox games, you can grind stats while AFK using a tool like Tiny Task.

For safety reasons, we won’t be linking the tool here, so download and install it at your discretion.

To set up your task do the following:

  1. Open Tiny Task;
  2. Open Gym League and go to the gym;
  3. Walk to the Bench press;
  4. Press record on Tiny Task;
  5. Start exercising, following the order of the exercises listed above;
  6. Make sure to click Auto Load while you exercise;
  7. When finished with all the exercises, walk back to the bench press;
  8. Stop recording.
You can bench press first to start exercising.

With this recording, you can go through all these exercises on a loop while you’re away from the game. You can also speed up your playback on Tiny Task by up to 5x to speed up your grinding.  Interested in more games on the platform?
