The wizarding world can be quite overwhelming as non-potterheads take a while to grasp what goes on around the school. Luckily, the game itself does a great job at letting you in on things that you don’t know yet either through dialogue or quests! By now you probably have seen some creatures beside from the owls and are eager to know more. This is the perfect time to take the Beasts Class! If you still struggle with how to get your quest on well don’t worry as we’re here to help.

Beast Class Quest Guide | Hogwarts Legacy

There are side quests and main quests, Beasts Class is the latter and you need to find Professor Howin in order to begin. You can find the professor outside of The Bell Tower Wing, the quest will begin as soon as the cutscene finishes.

After Poppy fails to convince you about how cute and harmless Puffskeins are your first objective is to pet the thing using a brush she just gave you. Surely you could’ve done this by hand but better safe than sorry!

Next is feeding Gerald, you know the Puffskein? They have names you know! Anyway Poppy will give you some Beast Feed so assign it to your spells to make the feeding part easier.

Your next task is to brush and feed Persephone the Kneazle, an oversized cat that somewhat resembles Garfield. The game will let you do this after the Slytherin is done harassing it. Talk to the professor after you’re done to progress further.

She’ll tell everything you need to know about how to extract goods from animals without harming them directly. Poppy will want a word with you after this so head into the forest with her when you’re able.

You’ll meet Highwing next, a Hippogriff that doesn’t have a missing head. Bow to the beast while approaching to brush and feed it, just as you did with the other two earlier. Finish all this and Poppy will talk to you again regarding the poachers nearby. After all that you should be done with the quest, maybe next time you’ll get to fly one yourself!

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
